To download a map, right-click on the map image, then select "Save image" to selected location on your hard drive.
Downloaded map images may then be loaded into a graphical viewer/printer program (VidVue is one such) and printed. Additional info on doing this can be found at "Roll-your-own" Genealogy Atlas
These downloaded map images show the Hamrick Software copyright, and should not be uploaded to a webpage site without obtaining permission (which I found to be readily obtainable).
It does not require permission to link directly from a webpage to the Hamrick Software site to produce the maps (as is done on this webpage).
When a map has been loaded, you can copy the URL displayed at top of your browser and use that in your link to produce that particular map on demand. E.g., that for the very first map above is:
