Deed disposing of the property of James "Horse Shoe" Robertson

Deed Book O, Tuscaloosa Co. Alabama

State of Alabama  }  Know all men by these presents that one David Robertson, John,
Tuscaloosa County }  Robertson, William Robertson, Abner Robertson, William Dunlap
July 7th 1838     }  and Elizabeth his wife do by these presents relinquish unto John
Robertson all of our right, title, and interest of all the lands of James Robertson which 
was possessed of at his death, with the exception of one half acre of land 
embracing the grave yard, lying in Tuscaloosa County, Township Twenty two ___
Eleven west, for, and in consideration of three thousand three hundred and fifty dollars 
the receipt is hereby acknowledged we do by by these presents bind our selves ___ ___
executors administering ___ assigns unto the said James Robertson his heirs
executors administrators and ___ - To have and to hold all the above land
___ ___ whatsoever ___ ___
