OVTA is listed as the Overland instead of the Overmountain Victory Trail Association.

The person described as the Grand Marshal of the OVTA in the conversation occurring
on the path past Ferguson's grave is quite likely to have been someone else associated 
with the OVTA.

Now I know why OVTA members *only* call it "OVTA"!

Whoever I chatted with was in dressed in military fashion (blue coat, tri-cornered
hat).  You can count on my asking for names and writing them down next time (and I 
hope there are many).

What I sensed in that exhange was that, among the present leadership of the OVTA, 
there is a realization that the Loyalists there that day need remembering also, and
that perhaps the time has come.  My words, not theirs.
