This tutorial is an adaptation for WinGRASS 6.0 of Tutorial GRASS 5, an English translation from the original in Italian. The original was based on GRASS 5.0, in a Linux terminal environment, and at an earlier stage of development of the graphical display manager (GUI). This tutorial will be for a Windows standalone computer, running GRASS 6.0 in a Cygwin X-window.
